Shipping policy

  • Adi agro industries have partnered with multiple courier service providers , for shipping across India.
  • Depending on the location, we take 2 to 9 days to deliver our products.
  • We currently are accepting orders only from India.
  • We charge a standard shipping fee which is visible at the checkout page, when you place your order.
  • We ship on all days except (Sunday’s and public holidays) -For any feedback or concerns regarding shipping, Please reach out to us at info@adiagro.in

Return and Refund policies

  • Our return and refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase of our product, we unfortunately cannot process the refund.
  • We advise all our dear customers to check the package condition on receiving the product.
  • Adi agro industries will be happy to refund the amount, provided you meet the below eligibility criteria for refund or return.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE :

  • The product purchased, must be unused and in the same original packaging that we have sent.
  • Attach a picture of the damaged/ defective/ wrong item/ expired item/ if not sealed properly, of the item with the invoice and send it on info@adiagro.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

NOTE:

  • Customer will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for returning of your product.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, provided there is mistake as mentioned in the eligibility criteria from our end.( picture of the product as mentioned in the clause is mandatory to avail shipping charge) -otherwise, the customer will receive the refund, after deducting the shipping cost from your refund, incase you want to return the item.
  • If you meet the eligibility criteria, then the product received has to be repacked in the same packaging and in the same way for the return pickup.

Cancellation policy

Adi agro industries reserves the right to cancel an order within 48hours from the time of the order placement -only if we have not yet shipped the product, customer’s request to cancel the order will be accepted -If cancellation request is accepted by us, the refund of the entire amount will be processed and it will be reflected into your account within 2 to 7 working days.
